Patrick Shafer Director of Estimating
Patrick oversees all aspects of estimating and project acquisition in the eastern region, interfacing with general contractors, consultants and owners in order to provide competitive pricing for all projects in the region. Patrick’s background is in financial analysis and estimating. Patrick holds a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland and has been with Gill Group, Inc. since 2002.
Charlie Whittaker Operations Manager
Charlie manages the internal and external project teams within the Eastern Region. Working with our Project Managers and Project Coordinators, Charlie provides knowledge and leadership to coordinate the multitude of projects within the Eastern Region. Previously working in the general contracting industry, Charlie has 14 years of food service equipment and installation experience, holds his master refrigeration license, carries his journeyman’s electrical card, and is CFC certified. Charlie has been with Gill Group, Inc. since 2002.
Travis Mooneyhan Project Manager, LEED Green Associate
Travis manages day-to-day operations of several projects in and around the Washington, DC area. With a background in foodservice equipment installation, Travis has extensive knowledge in working with on-site contractors and their associated subcontractors to meet the requirements of complex equipment packages and mechanical, electrical and plumbing needs. A welder by trade, Travis brings 14 years of foodservice equipment service to our team. He joined Gill Group, Inc is 2005.
