Designed by Ricca Newmark, George Mason University recently opened a new dining facility on the south side of the Fairfax, VA campus. Featuring seven different food stations, menu selections and capacity demands, TriMark Gill Group completed this project in September of 2008. The project totaled over $2.6 million in foodservice equipment.
