T. Rowe Price
TriMark Gill Group's Eastern Region has been awarded the foodservice equipment package at T. Rowe Price's newest Owings Mills, MD facility. Designed by Raymond & Raymond associates, the kitchen and servery is valued at over $1.3 million. Construction and installation is being coordinated with Hitt Contracting and is expected to install in the summer of 2009.
Meadwestvaco
Teaming with Whiting-Turner Contracting in Richmond, VA, TriMark Gill Group's Eastern Region has been awarded the Woodburn & Associates project at MeadWestvaco's new South Fifth Street facility. Scheduled to install by August 2009, the project is valued at over $1.4 million.
Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation – Iris Campus
TriMark Gill Group’s Western Region has been awarded over $2.1 million in foodservice equipment work at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's Iris Campus. Working with Sellen Construction, the complete installation is scheduled to be finished in the middle of 2010.
Microsoft Center City
In conjunction with various other Microsoft projects, TriMark Gill Group's Western Region has recently been selected as the foodservice equipment contractor for the Ricca Newmark designed T.I. Project at Microsoft Center City. With Howard S. Wright as general contractor, this $1.1 million project will be completed in the fall of 2009.
Seattle Central Community College
TriMark Gill Group's Western Region has been awarded a $719,000 contract Ricca Newmark project at Seattle Central Community College's Edison Building Renovation. Construction is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2009 and general construction will be by Graham Contracting.
Hotel Washington
TriMark Gill Group's Eastern Region has been awarded the foodservice equipment package for the Hotel Washington Project. Working with Hitt Contracting, TriMark Gill Group will be installing several kitchen areas throughout the building including an 11th floor restaurant, all to support the conversion to the W Hotel Washington DC. This hotel overlooks Washington DC and is adjacent to the White House. Work on this project is expected to be completed in the first part of 2009, ready for a mid-year opening and exceeds $1 million in value.
Ruth's Chris Steak House
TriMark Gill Group's Southern Region has been the supplier and installer for Ruth's Chris Steak House since their move from New Orleans, LA (post Katrina) to Orlando, FL in 2006. The world's largest "fine dining" steak house has a kitchen and bar package that averages $400,000 and is drawn by multiple foodservice consultants depending on the restaurants location. With growth expected from the recently acquired "Cameron Mitchell's" steak and seafood restaurants, we anticipate strong years ahead in this partnership.
